If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts provided, you may request a partial refund before the development phase begins. Once the development phase starts, refunds are not available.
  • Website Security Services: Refunds for website security services are available if the service has not yet been activated. Once security services are implemented and activated, no refunds will be issued.
